On July 24, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between the National Patented Technology Exhibition and Exchange Center (Beijing) and the National Patented Technology Exhibition and Exchange Center (Tianjin) was held in the Beijing Equity Exchange Center. The directors from the two exhibition and exchange centers signed the Agreement on Strategic Cooperation. Officials from Tianjin's Intellectual Property Office, Beijing's Intellectual Property Office and the Coordination Division of SIPO attended the meeting.

To adapt to the new situation, SIPO has initiated a new program to implement the National Patented Technology Exhibition and Exchange Platform Plan and construct national patented technology exhibition and exchange centers in designated places in China. At present, SIPO has confirmed the location of 19 centers. The cooperation between Beijing and Tianjin National Patented Technology Exhibition and Exchange Centers is an attempt to beneficially facilitate the involvement of the exhibition and exchange of patented technology in Beijing and Tianjin in the financial property systems reforms and in promoting the integral development of intellectual property rights.

At the ceremony, the participants also shared opinions on the activities at the patented technology exhibition and exchange week participated by 19 exhibition and exchange centers under the organization of SIPO. They said that they would be active in activities, explore cooperation opportunities, and make concerted endeavors to facilitate the healthy, fast exhibition and exchange of patented technology as required by the Plan.
