Copyright Dispute between Microsoft and China's Internet cafes settled.

Recently, the case that Microsoft Corp. accused Guangdong Dongguan Dynamic Internet cafes Network Communications Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as dynamic company)for copyright violation of Microsoft Windows operating systems arise the latest progresses. Under the mediation of Shenzhen, Dongguan Intermediate People's Court, the parties reached a agreement that the Dynamic Company agreed to pay Microsoft a reasonable litigation costs of 100 thousand Yuan, and promised to buy 700 sets of legitimate software for all its controlled internet cafes.

  Previously, in the late of 2009, Microsoft once lodge a lawsuit to Dongguan Intermediate People's Court against the Dynamic Company for the unauthorized use of their software which serious violated Microsoft's copyright and other related rights.
