IPR2 is organising training with the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP) on criminal enforcement of IP rights for local procuratorates and prosecutors. The training with bring Chinese and European experts together to share best practice on handling criminal IP cases, as well as the supervision of transfer of cases from administrative enforcement authorities to the police and the introduction of on-line communication and information sharing platforms. 2010 China IPR Protection Plan issued
To promote the implementation of National IPR Strategy in 2010, the 28 member units of the Ministerial Joint Meeting on National Intellectual Property Strategy instituted 2010 National IPR Strategy Implementation Plan (hereinafter referred to as 2010 Implementation Plan), which was printed and carried out as of March 26. On the basis of the summary of IPR strategy implementation in 2009, 2010 Implementation Plan defined the emphasis in implementing National IPR Strategy.More

On April 12, National "Anti-pornography and Anti-illegal publications" Office, General Administration of Press and Publications, National Copyright Administration and CCTV jointly held a press conference in Beijing and launched "2010 Green Bookmark Activity". "Green Bookmark Activity" is a annual action with subject created for "4.26 World Intellectual Property Day", this is the third year of the expansion of "Green Bookmark Activity" with the topic of "Joining Green Bookmark and Sharing Genuine Life".
